Creating a WordPress site always starts with choosing the right theme.
A theme is like the framework of your WordPress site. It’s not just about appearance—it defines your site’s structure and how it functions.
At my studio, I test the top WordPress themes from over 20,000 options worldwide, focusing on those that consistently rank in the official top 10.
From these, I carefully select two themes that combine speed, lightweight performance, rich features, and security, and use them for my projects.

However, at Pen’s Studio, you can intuitively update much more than just the blog—including text, images, and FAQ content throughout your site.
We use Elementor, the most widely used WordPress editor worldwide, which allows you to edit freely without any coding.
Is updating the site difficult?
No, it’s not difficult. With a no-code interface, you can intuitively make changes while seeing real-time previews of your edits.
Additionally, after your site is completed, I provide a free update manual, so you can manage it with confidence.
What are a server and a custom domain? Do I need to sign up for them?
A server is where your website’s content is stored and delivered, and a domain is like your website’s address, for example, “example.com”.
Without these two, it’s impossible to create or publish a website externally, so signing up for both is necessary.
At Pen’s Studio, we ask clients to register their own server and custom domain to ensure that they retain full ownership of their website. Don’t worry—we provide guidance on how to obtain them, so even beginners can handle it easily.

What should I prepare before having my website created?
Please prepare the following items before we start creating your website:
■Rental server
■Custom domain (support provided)

Note: Free stock images can be used, but to clearly convey your brand, it’s recommended to use original photos that showcase your services and the atmosphere of your business.
How much does it cost to have a website created?
The base price is ¥180,000 (tax included) for a 5-page website. Example pages include: Home, Services, About, News, and Contact.
For startups, small businesses, and sole proprietors, these five pages usually cover most of the essential content.
We can also include page elements such as Google Maps and SNS links for free, as long as the setup is straightforward. I strive to handle as much as possible without additional costs, so please feel free to consult me first.
Are there any additional costs besides the basic website fee?
If you want to add extra pages beyond the basic 5 pages, it costs ¥10,000 per page.
Extending the after-support from the standard 2 weeks to 1 month costs ¥10,000 per month.
For multilingual sites, it’s ¥10,000 per additional language.
Please note that server and custom domain fees are paid by the client.
How long does it take to complete a website?
It depends on my current workload and the content of your site, but it usually takes about one month from the start of production.
Can I cancel my order after requesting it?
You can cancel your order after placing it, but please note that the deposit of ¥50,000 is non-refundable.
Also, because each website is custom-designed for the client, a lot of work is involved during the production process.
Therefore, cancellations cannot be accepted once the project reaches approximately 50% completion. Thank you for your understanding.
Is it possible to have meetings via video conference?
I’m sorry, but video meetings are not available.
To ensure accurate confirmation and proper records of all production details, all communication is conducted via email.
